Delmarva’s starter needed only nine pitches to strike out all three batters in the first inning, and Coby Mayo homered in a fourth consecutive game for Norfolk.
Standout performances were had up and down the Orioles’ farm system, including a dominating Double-A debut for Cameron Weston among others. Cade Povich tossed yet another gem as the Tides won their fifth straight game.

The Tides were back on top and Bencosme had a big day for Bowie as only Aberdeen lost last night. The Tides won their second straight and got back to their early season ways of scoring double digits.
Norfolk’s offense vanished except for Coby Mayo, Matthew Etzel was hot for Aberdeen, and more. The prospect is off to a torrid start with the Triple-A Norfolk Tides.

With all of the attention surrounding Jackson Holliday and his soon to be MLB debut, there is another Baltimore Orioles Top Prospect that is wielding a hot bat in Triple A and should be getting a call to the majors some time in 2024.
The Tides will not stop hitting the ball out of the ballpark. Coby Mayo and Heston Kjerstad led another impressive night for Norfolk. The Tides entered the ninth inning with the scored tied and three sluggers due up to bat.
