Here are the opponents and where the Falcons will be playing them, on the road or at Mercedes Benz Stadium:
New Orleans Saints
Carolina Panthers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Dallas Cowboys
New York Giants
Seattle Seahawks
Kansas City Chiefs
Los Angeles Chargers
Pittsburgh Steelers
New Orleans Saints
Carolina Panthers
Tampa Bay Buccaneers
Philadelphia Eagles
Minnesota Vikings
Washington Commanders
Denver Broncos
Las Vegas Raiders
The Falcons have one of the easiest schedules on paper, with their opponents combining for the lowest win total among Vegas lines. When Atlanta plays some of these teams will factor into the equation, though.
The Falcons will travel to Philadelphia to take on the Eagles, Washington to face the Commanders, and Denver to take see the Broncos. Depending on the time of the year, those could be wet, cold, and just all-around nasty weather.
Fortunately, the Falcons get favorable conditions against some of the tougher opponents like the Cowboys and Chiefs, who will both travel to Atlanta at some point in the upcoming season.
Moreover, there are several “revenge” games on the Falcons’ calendar. Kirk Cousins will travel back to Minnesota to square off against his former team, while Arthur Smith and the Steelers will come back to Atlanta.
We will have a full breakdown when the official schedule is released next Wednesday, so stay tuned here at SportsTalkATL.
