Round 1 is officially in the books after the Cleveland Cavaliers rallied in a Game 7 win over the Orlando Magic. They'll now face the top-seeded Boston Celtics, who entered the playoffs as the favorites to win the Larry O'Brien Championship Trophy.
Here's the latest look at every team's odds to win it all as they battle it out for a spot in the conference finals.

The Nuggets were +240 to win the title before dropping Game 1 of Round 2 to the Minnesota Timberwolves, 106-99, on Saturday. Their odds fell to +400 now that they’re in a 1-0 hole. Minnesota’s odds to win the title are still double the Nuggets, though, at +800.
The Knicks and Pacers face off in a throwback to their classic playoff battles of the ‘90s. While one team is guaranteed to move on, they’ll still be long shots to win it all. In fact, outside the Celtics who are the odds-on favorites, all four remaining Western Conference teams are favored over the other three remaining teams in the East.
