But there is some light at the end of the tunnel, as they will soon get a big boost to their rotation. Three-time Cy Young winner Justin Verlander has been dealing with a shoulder injury, but following a few rehab starts, manager Joe Espada confirmed that his ace will make his 2024 debut on Friday against the Washington Nationals.
